Job Title: Director OEM and Industrial Solutions

Summary/Objective: Oversee and develop OEM and Industrial Solutions division of Lowen Color Graphics: The desired individual will possess and demonstrate the following:
? Strong leadership and organizational skills
? Oversee and manager all aspects of the OEM and Industrial team which includes, but not limited to disciplinary action, training and professional guidance
? Strategic thinking and execution
? Uses CRM and corporate systems to manage data and customer information
? Develop strategy and plan for revenue growth
? Prepare and conduct sales presentations
? Meet with customers regularly to both retain and develop business opportunities
? Attend national or regional trade or customer events
? Meet with VP weekly to review progress and performance

Physical Demands

This is a full time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to satisfy customer demands.

Summary/Objective:
The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all incoming shipments at the shipping dock and managing inventory across our storage facility. This role ensures that storage materials and assets are maintained and organized, and that required materials are transported to the main facility as needed. The Receiving Coordinator operates with a high degree of independence and will report directly to the Receiving Supervisor.
Essential Functions:

Receive and inspect all incoming shipments, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards.
Maintain organization of materials and assets in the storage facility and ensure they are easily accessible.
Transport materials between the storage facility and the main facility as required.
Ensure that various departments have the materials they need in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain efficient inventory management systems to monitor stock levels.
Record and track inventory data, including quantity, condition, and location of materials.
Organize and maintain the shipping dock area to promote efficiency and safety in operations.
Report any discrepancies or issues with incoming materials to the Receiving Supervisor.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in receiving, inventory management, or a similar role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem
- solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Work Environment:
The role involves frequent standing, reaching, and moving materials weighing up to 65 lbs.
The work environment may include exposure to outdoor weather conditions when transporting materials.
